Amandala Creations Co. specializes in handmade products, seasonal items, apparel, drinkware, ornaments, and digital goods. All items are created with care and quality in mind. These terms apply to all sales, whether placed through our website, Etsy, or other platforms.

2. Intellectual Property

All product designs, digital downloads, images, and content are the sole property of Amandala Creations Co.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce our designs or products without written permission.

Digital items are licensed for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.                                           

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Full payment must be made at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (ex. fraudulent activity, misuse of our website).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Once an item is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Amandala Creations Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Custom and personalized items (including digital downloads) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the error is ours.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

6. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
